National Marine Whale Sanctuary

Received corrected/updated version, June 2020 from Hawaii Coral Reef Initiative (HCRI) and Hawaiian Islands Humpback Whale National Whale Marine Sanctuary (HIHWNMS) staff.  The corrected version omits the Kaumalapau Harbor area from the sanctuary boundary (all small boat and commercial harbors should be excluded from the HIHWNMS boundaries).
